செட்டை கழன்று புழுதியில் கிடந்தது
உடல் நிறைய நஞ்சு
வாய் நிறைய நஞ்சு
செத்துப் போனதுவோ
செட்டை கழன்று புழுதியில் கிடந்தது
வாலைச் சுருட்டி வீசி அடிக்கும்
வளைத்துப் பிடித்து இறுக்கி நசுக்கும்
தலையை உயர்த்தி
துரத்திக் கொத்தும்
சுற்றுச் சூழலில் எந்த உயிரையும்
விட்டு விடாமல் கொத்தி அழித்தது
குட்டிகளைக் கூட்டிச் சென்று
கிராமங்களின்
நட்ட நடுவில் விட்டு விட்டு
ஒத்திகை பார்க்கும்
செத்துப் போனது போல் கிடந்தது
நேற்று முழுவதும்
நல்லிணக்கம் வேண்டி
நாகம் ஒன்று அதற்கு
மூச்சுக் கொடுத்தது
கழன்று கிடந்த செட்டையை மீண்டும்
கொழுவி விட்டது
பற்களைக் கொஞ்சம் கூராக்கி விட்டது
தலையின் விறைப்பும்
வாலின் வீரியமும்
மீண்டும் அதனை தூக்கி நிறுத்தின
ஊர் ஊராய் மேயும்
ஊர்வலம் தொடங்கியது இன்று
இவை ஊர்வன அல்ல
ஊரும்
நடக்கும்
பறக்கும்
கொத்தும்
நேற்றைக்கும் இன்றைக்கும்
இடையான
வருட கால வெளியில்
உள்ள அழுக்குகளுடன்
உறங்கவோ
அல்லது
உள் சண்டைகளுக்கோ
சென்று விட்ட ஜீவராசிகள்
செத்துப் போவதற்கு

Thank you for the opportunity to give my opinion about Jallikattu.
I am fan of animals and have a dog for more than 8 years at home and our family in India had dogs for the last 30 years, so we love dogs. Our neighbors have cats and we take care of them whenever they go on vacation.
I never liked to watch the bull fight in Spain directly or indirectly as I think that it is cruelty to the maximum extent to that animal, which otherwise is a very useful animal specially in our country and is also worshipped by us.
I think that Jallikattu should be banned in India as it is so far and Tamil Nadu should not be allowed to start it again. If people want to enjoy fun of cruelty, then they should take weapons like sword, etc. and fight with one another and do not involve animals for their own fun. Jallikattu is being popular In Tamil Nadu not as a sport but as a possibility to bet and gain monitory benefits from it. People supporting this movement to reintroduce it are fighting for an unjust cause.
I hope the Govt. of India will not allow it to be reintroduced in Tamil Nadu or elsewhere in India.

உறுதிபூண்டு வாழ்த்தி
வரவேற்ப்போம்
வா புது மகளே
புது வருடமே
கொண்டு வா என்றும்
புது வசந்தமே
2017 வாழ்த்துக்கள் என்றுமே
